The Utah Section PGA is deeply saddened to pass on the news about the loss of one of our great members.
Jeff Smith was a mentor to many, especially those young athletes who played for him while he coached at Weber State University. Jeff taught so many of Utah’s golfing community about the game of golf, but more importantly he taught them many great life lessons.
Jeff lost a battle with leukemia on Tuesday, February 16, 2016. He will be deeply missed.
