UTAH SECTION PGA PROFESSIONALS RETAIN THE CUP AGAIN IN 2011!

The Utah Governors was played on Wednesday at Promontory Golf Club in Park City, Utah. Promontory was a great site for the event offering the Nicklaus Painted Desert Golf Course for the morning alternate shot format and the Pete Dye Course for the afternoon matches.

Brigham City Open

We had a great turnout for the 2011 Brigham City Open. 2011 will be remembered as the year that the amateurs came to play. Nick Drost, college golfer from Dixie State and Brighton High, hit 17 greens in regulation and made a few putts to shoot 65 to take home the title.

Highland Classic Pro Offical Event

Alpine Country Club offered perfect course conditions and weather for the 2011 Highland Classic Pro / Official event. The team form Gladstan Golf Course led by Tracy Zobell held off a team from Willow Creek Country Club for the victory.
