Joseph Summerhays and Tommy Sharp finished strong in the PPC to qualify for next month’s PGA Championship. Summerhays
finished T10th with rounds of 70-69 and -4 overall. Sharp was right behind him at 12th finishing 72-70 and -3 overall.
With their high finish the Utah Section PGA will have TWO of the TWENTY Club Professionals in the PGA Championship. Way to make the Utah Section look good!!!
Congratulations to all those from the Utah Section who qualified for this years PPC and thank you for representing us well.
We have had several Utah PGA Professionals qualify in the past, but having two of them in this year’s championship will make this year even more fun to watch.
